Countries, Capitals and Currencies
Questions regarding countries, capitals and their currencies are quite common in many of the major competitive exams such as SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, IAS and Banking exams.
Every year at least 1-2 questions in the General Knowledge section of these exams are based on these. For instance:
Q. Name the capital of Colombia.
a. Vienna
b. Toronto
c. Bogota
d. Suva
As you’re aware, every mark counts. Therefore, it is essential for candidates appearing for these exams to be prepared for these questions.
In an attempt to help our students increase their knowledge of the same, we at Oliveboard have provided the names of all the 197 countries, with their respective capitals and currencies in alphabetical order, in the following pages of this e-book.
